Erika has been going to the gym since she was a child. Taking rides on her father’s motorcycle to the Kansas State Highway Patrol gym where her law enforcement father taught her the importance of daily movement and strength training.
After college Erika began her Pilates journey in 2008 in New Orleans, Louisiana, shortly followed by Barre in 2011.
Erika was a barre instructor from 2013-2020.
She is also a certified Pilates instructor through the reputable and world renowned leader, Balanced Body.
Along with her husband, four children, and much of the south, she moved to the 30A/Santa Rosa Beach, FL area in 2020.
Erika’s heart is in teaching the importance of movement every day. The educational side drives her to better herself and her clients. She is motivated by how regular exercise, movement, nutrition and wellness make you feel better both inside and out. A better person, a better parent, spouse, daughter, son, friend, community member...a better everything. To put it simply, a better version of yourself.

Ginger’s love of sunshine and extreme dislike of cold weather led her and her husband to move from Nashville to the Santa Rosa Beach area in 2021, and boy is she happy to be here!
In her free time, you’ll most likely find her in the rom-com section of any bookstore with a large iced coffee in hand, floating around on her paddle board, or out enjoying the abundance of sand, sun, & fun here in Florida!
She has always enjoyed being active and trying new workouts, but when she tried her first pilates class, she was hooked and wanted to do it every single day! Her love of pilates and its many different styles and benefits led her to exploring the teaching side of the practice and is currently getting certified through Balanced Body.
She is excited to be improving in her own personal wellness practices, as well as being part of such a rewarding industry and community here in 30A and at Treadformer30A!
She loves meeting new people, so feel free to introduce yourself at the studio or wherever you see her 🤍

Lily began dancing at age 5, training in Jazz, Tap, Ballet & Modern. By age 10, she had joined“Dance & Company”, a competitive dance troupe. There, she learned the value of commitment& teamwork. During Junior High, Lily attended a Magnet Program for the Performing Arts, which specialized in Dance, Theatre & Music. In High School, she was Co-Captain of the Spirit Dance Team, in the Wrestling Pep Squad & Lead Alto in the school’s competitive choir. Being a “People Person”, she graduated from Florida International University, majoring in Sociology & Psychology.
Fun fact about Lily: She was born (at home) in San Francisco into a family of Vaudevillian Street Performers known as “Jolly Wally’s Wonder Follies” – featuring Magic, Fire Eating, Tightrope Walking & Juggling. Within a few short months – (as soon as she could hold her head up) – she had her own balancing act in the show. Later, her parents moved to South Florida and established “Garrance Lightinheart & Company”, South Florida’s Leading Illusionist. Dressed in sequined costumes, Lily brought out props (swords for the Sword Cabinet, etc.) and appeared (or disappeared) in large tricks such as the “Phantom Cage” (instead of a tiger) & the “Keyhole Illusion”.
After moving to Grayton Beach in 2013 to help care for her Grandmother, Lily was introduced to Zumba and hasn’t missed a beat since. She is certified in Aqua Zumba (poolside), Zumba Toning (with weights) & Zumba Gold (for beginners & active seniors). She began teaching in2014 and continues to this day.
In 2020, Lily took her first Pilates class and fell in love with it. She is certified through Pilates Instructor Academy and is thrilled to be a member of the Treadformer30a family. She looks forward to sharing her love for fitness, health and well-being. Motion is Lotion.

Natalie grew up in Wichita, KS and Phoenix, AZ. She was always involved in a sport, including soccer, cross country and gymnastics. Being active was easy & didn’t take much effort.
After high school, Natalie’s main form of exercise was running as she trained for two marathons. Running became therapeutic and provided physical & mental benefits for her.
In 2015, she found a love for group fitness classes. She loved the idea of scheduling her workout because it held her accountable.
Further, she discovered the countless benefits of adding strength training into your routine.
In 2018, Natalie became a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, she was a group fitness instructor for the last four years.
Lastly, she is Pilates certified through Balanced Body.
Natalie moved to Santa Rosa Beach, FL in May 2022 with her husband, Jordan. They moved specifically to bring you TreadFormer30A 😉
At the end of the day, Natalie is a big believer in finding a workout or movement practice that you love. If you love it, you will be consistent & look forward to it!

Kylinn is a born and raised Jersey girl who relocated to SRB with her husband who is a First Lieutenant in our US army. They are absolutely loving it here so far!
She’s a collegiate soccer player turned Pilates princess. After facing many injuries and overall fatigue from 5 years college sports, she turned to Pilates as her new workout routine and became obsessed. She was pleasantly surprised with its ability to increase mobility, flexibility, strength and control of the body. She is excited to start her teaching practice and sharing her love of Pilates with all of you!
When she’s not taking the 6am class, you can find her nerding-out as a data analyst, walking her dog, reading a book at the beach, strolling through the local farmers markets, listening to new music and drinking copious amounts of coffee at all times of the day.

Catch Michelle Seifert, E-RYT 500, teaching our ReformerStretch classes!
Michelle began practicing yoga in 1999 and has been in love with teaching since 2004. She likes to create a safe, non-competitive space for her students to “dive” deeper beneath the surface of their daily lives. Her desire is simply to inspire others to find balance in their lives, to exercise their mind and body and to have as much fun, love and passion for life as they can.
Michelle has found her yoga home on 30A where, with the combination of her two favorite things, yoga and the beach, she is definitely living her best life.
